自助check in还算方便，留意酒店邮件说明就好。

酒店是办公室改造的，因此浴室不是正式的浴室。卫生一般，最恼火的是四个人中只有两个人洗上了热水澡，且因- 为自助连找个人投诉都无门，差评！

离outlet很近，有小厨房，东西都自助。

全程自助check in，没有服务员，对于没有看邮件习惯的人来说稍微有点不方便。特别提醒这家酒店定了以后，会给你注册bo- oking的邮箱发一封入住须知，会告诉大门的密码，你的房间号，钥匙放在哪儿，等等，全程是没有服务员的- ，所以一定要记得关注邮箱。

与奥特莱斯近在咫尺，但离鲁尔蒙德镇和火车站有点远。自助公寓采用自助服务，没有工作人员，入住期间也没遇到其他住户，特别安静。房间很大，还自带厨房，但卫生间比较小。没有电梯，住在楼上的需要提箱子上楼。有免费停车场，进去的通道狭窄，考验驾车技术。

We are 4 adults and one baby with 2 years old.I ordered Family Two-Bedroom Suite in 75 m², 95€/day, and it was written in web that is for 2+2 person. But when we were arrived at the hotel, there is no any staff here, and the door is open! We found the telephone number and were told we should do check-in by ourselves to take keys of room 11, and found it is only one bed-room and one living room, absolutely the suite is not 75 m², it is about 50 m².We had to made a bed by ourselves under the sofa. In the second day,we went out of the hotel in the morning and when went back at noon, the staff asked me to pay at 155€/day and said we should order the room for 4+2 person, but the suite is still the same suite:one bedroom and one sofa-bed. The staff said help us to do the clean but forgot. Although the clerk kindly help to communicate with manager that we just make up 74€, I still not understand why after we make-up the payment to you, we still get the same small suite, not like the description (size, service) in this order webstie. We guessed the suite they offered to us is only for 2 persons, that is not suite to the commitment in the website. We had stayed in the hotel for the 2nd day, because if the clerk told us need to pay more when we were going out in the morning, we would check out at once to change hotel nearby which offer two rooms and breakfast but with lower price and better service for the 2nd day, but she only told us wen we went back and said if we check out we should pay price in half-day. I hope when you require us to follow your rules, you also can follow your commitment.
